We make it beautiful, we make it sturdy and we make it to last!
Whether large or small, simple or elaborate, an Oregon deck needs to be sturdy, weather resistant and built with high quality decking materials. That’s why Dave believes in providing a premium deck at a standard deck price. When you shop the competition be sure you know what you are getting, our standard deck is equivalent to what others call their premium deck at no additional cost.
Our deck construction process
We show up on time and get the job done efficiently and with pride in our work. If we are removing your old deck we hall it away for recycling and strive to keep as much material out of landfills as possible. We pour our own pads with minimum dimensions of 16x16x12”. A poured pad is much stronger than pier blocks and anchors your deck to the ground.
We use 4×8” beams and 2×8” joists set 16” on center to provide an extremely strong frame that will keep your deck stable and jiggle free for years to come. All hangers and ties are Simpson ZMAX galvanized products and tight knot Cedar decking is screwed down using tan colored outdoor rated screws. When your deck is finished we clean up any construction debris and leave your yard as clean as when we arrived.
